Low Cost,

Professional Lab Services

 

These prices are quoted for standard, Fuji, Crystal Archive, luster-surfaced, true photographic paper, 300dpi, Adobe '98 RGB, TIFF file sourced, professionally printed pictures.

 

 

 

Any required or requested Photoshop post-production services will be charged at $100.00/hour.

 

Metallic Papers: Add 75%

 

 

Due to the extreme range of frame sizes, colors and style options, I don't offer any custom picture framing or over-mat services. 

 

 

Depending on the volume of prints ordered and the Photoshop work required, I will need a minimum of 1-2 days for print preparation, 1-2 days for lab work,  plus any needed delivery and shipping times to you. 

 

 

RUSH services are available but may double some or all of your costs.

Sales Tax

 

 

 

 

Within the State of California, the State Board of Equalization requires me to charge and to collect a Sales Tax on both my services and my materials produced for sale, unless the assignment is for consultations only, for the Government or for Resale.

 

 

 

This is called "Rule #1528".  Out of State assignments will not be charged a tax unless required by the State Board of Equalization. 

 

My State EIN number is on my invoices.

I accept Cash or Checks only.  Due to the increased security and use costs imposed by the card companies, I no longer accept credit cards.

All approved Corporate accounts will be payable NET 30. 

 

 

All Past Due accounts will be charged an extra 2% Interest Rate and a $5.00 monthly Service Fee to cover the Administrative costs related to working with such Past Due accounts.  Reasonable attorney fees and collections costs will be charged for any accounts that end up in court.

I am available, nation wide, 24 hours a day, every day of the year, for Destination Events and aerial assignments.  Your costs will be the same as if we were to do the work right here, in town.  Just get me there and back.  I don't charge for lodging, food or beverages.  All of your costs will be pre-approved and will be limited to the itemized requirements of the job.

My Passport is current, in case that becomes an issue.

In all cases, you will own whatever I shoot for you. I offer nothing for syndicated sales, to anyone, at any time, for any reason. I will charge $100.00/hour, plus your pre-approved material costs and any expenses.   I will do as much or as little as you wish. There is a 1-hour minimum.  After that, your time will be billed per quarter-hour.  I will shoot from 100 to 600 High Definition pictures per hour. I will shoot 25mb, 45mb or 65mb RAW files ONLY. You can process some or all of your own High Definition RAW image files or I can do it all for you.  You can do some or all of your own Photoshop post production work... or I can do it all. I will give you processed files of any type and resolution you wish.   You have 3 price options "Tech Only" Services  I will shoot your low cost, High Definition photos as huge, High Definition RAW files and copy them to disc or to your USB2 external hard drive.  No Phase One, Capture One Pro Post Production or Photoshop services will be provided.  You will need to convert your Phase One, High Definition RAW files yourselves.  I will only charge you for my actual photography services, your pre-approved material costs, any expenses, your file transfer time and any shipping or delivery costs. "Tech Plus" Services  I will shoot your pictures as huge, High Definition RAW files and copy them to disc or to your USB2 external hard drive.   Then, using Phase One, Capture One Pro, I will convert your original RAW files into any size, type and resolution file you wish.  I will not provide you with any Photoshop services with this plan.  I will charge you for my actual photography services, your pre-approved material costs, any expenses, your file transfer time and your Phase One, Capture One Pro, High Definition RAW file conversion services. Full Services  I will shoot your low cost, High Definition photos as huge RAW files.  I will copy them to disc or to your USB2 external hard drive.   Then, using Phase One, Capture One Pro, I will convert your original RAW files into any size, type and resolution file you wish.   Finally, I will Photoshop, sharpen and prepare your final images for print, projections or publication, as needed.  I will charge you for my actual photography services, your pre-approved material costs, any expenses, your file transfer time, your RAW file conversion services and your approved Photoshop services. . I can process your original low cost, High Definition Phase One RAW picture files to any file size, file type and resolution you wish.  . You can do all of your own RAW file conversions and Photoshop post production work or I can provide those services for you.  . You can do all of your own professional photography lab work, at any professional lab in the country or I can provide those services for you. . You can design and produce your own album(s) or, with your active creative guidance, I can provide those complete album design and production services for you. . I will typically process my original low cost, High Definition Phase One RAW files to both 4x5 (2mb, 300dpi, 8 bit, sRGB) JPEG formats and 8x1 (25mb,  300dpi,  8 bit, sRGB) TIFF file formats.  . However, I can actually process your original Phase One RAW files to any file size, up to 20x24, at 600dpi and 16bit, in any file format and in color or black & white. . Your files can be transferred to discs or directly to your supplied external hard drive.

I am a professional photographer.  I make the photos. 

I am not, so much, a "picture salesman".   I can certainly sell prints and albums but that is not my primary focus. 

Quite simply, for me, it is more fun to shoot.

Then, too, not everyone wants or needs prints or albums.

A lot of my commercial clients have their own Graphics Departments or are very proficient with digital photography and Photoshop post production actions.  They don't need my help.

You may not need my help.

So, if you do need prints or albums, you have a choice. 

 

You can do it all or I can help you with anything you wish.

I can make all of your prints and albums for you or,  you can easily make them yourselves, at my local recommended pro lab or at any lab or vendor in the country.
