Hasselblad H1 Cameras

I use the legendary, medium format, Hasselblad H1 camera platform for my 22, 39 and 60 million pixel, Phase One, digital capture systems. 

These digital systems produce complex,  High Definition pictures with incredible color vitality, high resolutions and deep pixel depth.

My cameras produce sharp pictures with incredible colors, subtle shades and tones, with a wonderful range of details never seen before.

I also use the new Mamiya Digital 645, medium format, camera system, especially on my aerial images.

I use the incredible Sinar P3 Large Format camera system for my advertising, architectural and commercial assignments.

These are commercial-grade tools.  They are not inexpensive, amateur, 35mm toys.

These are, by far, the most expensive tools available.

I use sophisticated studio lighting equipment, including Speedotron Blackline and Pro Photo studio strobe lights and huge Photogenic soft box light and umbrella light modifiers for products up to the size of small cars.  All of my equipment is location portable. 

I can work anywhere in the country.

I shoot huge, 8 and 16 bit, 25mb, 45mb and 65mb RAW files only.

My very sophisticated medium and large format camera systems record 16 colors for every one color recorded by the smaller, lower quality,  35mm digital cameras.

I don't use 35mm cameras for anything and I don't shoot little, compressed JPEGs.

I always wear a tux or dark business suit when I provide the following, low cost, professional services;

I have been in business, full time, for more than 38 years.

I work on an approved "Time and Materials" basis. 

I charge $100.00 per hour, plus materials, for all of my professional photography services.

You will own everything that I can produce for you.

I have a 1-hour minimum and I bill in 15-minute increments after that time.  There is no maximum and I discount long-term, high-volume contracts.

I want your business.

I will deliver on time and on budget, as promised, guaranteed.

On the ground, I shoot from 100-200 high definition pictures per hour.  In the air, while on station, I shoot from 300-500 High Definition pictures per hour.

I have done more than 5,000 Weddings, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs and Special Events.

I have more than 10,000 hours of Aerial photography experience, in helicopters and fixed wing aircraft, from coast to coast.

I have worked from 12,000 feet above the ground to 200 feet below the ground.

I have worked with Foreign Heads of State, Representatives from the White House, Congress, Senates, Governors, local Representatives, Multi-national Corporations, local businesses and with thousands of private families.  

I am not hired because I am the lowest bidder.  I am asked to work on projects because I produce the best results, time after time.

I make quality-related concessions for no one.

I am obsessive about the smallest details.  I am fast, quiet, professional, energetic and innovative.  I am never late.  I am the "King of Overkill". 

I am a continuing success because I use the most expensive, medium and large format cameras in the world... Hasselblad , Mamiya Digital 645, Sinar P3 and Toyo 45G, all with APO lenses.

I  use the Phase One, 22, 39 and 60 million pixel recorders.  These are the most expensive Digital recording systems in the world. 

My legendary, medium format, Hasselblad H1 cameras are the same cameras used by NASA, in outer space.  My medium format cameras produce incredible, high definition, beautifully colored pictures from huge, complex digital files.

I shoot huge, 25mb, 45mb and 65mb RAW files only.  I would never shoot your assignment with the little JPEG files.  They are highly compressed and have too little digital data to be worth anything as an original picture.

Once a JPEG, always a JPEG.

I will personally convert and Photoshop all of your original RAW files... unless you want to do that yourself.  You can process your own files if you have the staff, the time and the inclination.

You will receive 8 or 16 bit, Adobe RGB, 300dpi TIFF and JPEG files, in any size you wish, as well as all of your original RAW files.

I will do as much or as little as you wish.

You can make your own prints or I can have them professionally printed for you.

All of my photographic prints are made at a local, professional photography lab.  I never use the cheap labs or discount stores.  I don't use the lower quality "Ink Jet" or  "Pigment" printers unless my clients need huge trade show banners or billboard signs.

You'll be able to use your images, at any time you wish, for as long as you wish and in any way that you wish.

You won't have to pay thousands of extra dollars just to use the pictures that you already own.

I am available, nation wide, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, every day of the year.

My executive clients feel comfortable with me working around their children, family, friends, business partners, foreign Heads of State, proprietary equipment, private businesses and secret construction projects because I refuse to syndicate my work, regardless of the added sales potential.

None of your pictures will be sold to anyone, at any time, for any reason.

I don't deal with "Stock Photos" and I offer nothing for sale, to anyone, for any reason, at any time, from any project, unless specifically requested and authorized by my primary clients.  Nothing will ever be published, from any of my assignments, without the specific authorization of my clients.

"Tech Only" Services:  I will shoot your low cost, High Definition photos as huge, High Definition RAW files and copy them to disc or to your USB2 external hard drive.  No Phase One, Capture One Pro Post Production or Photoshop services will be provided.  You will need to convert your Phase One, High Definition RAW files yourselves.  I will only charge you $100.00/hr., plus materials and Sales Tax, for your actual photo services, your pre-approved material costs, any expenses, your file transfer time and any shipping or delivery costs. "Tech Plus" Services:  I will shoot your pictures as huge, High Definition RAW files and copy them to disc or to your USB2 external hard drive.   Then, using Phase One, Capture One Pro, I will convert your original RAW files into any size, type and resolution file you wish.  I will not provide you with any Photoshop services with this plan.  I will charge you $100.00/hr., plus materials and Sales Tax, for all of your actual photo services, your pre-approved material costs, any expenses, your file transfer time and your Phase One, Capture One Pro, High Definition RAW file conversion services. Full Services:  I will shoot your low cost, High Definition photos as huge RAW files.  I will copy them to disc or to your USB2 external hard drive.   Then, using Phase One, Capture One Pro, I will convert your original RAW files into any size, type and resolution file you wish.   Finally, I will Photoshop, sharpen and prepare your final images for print, projections or publication, as needed.  I will charge you $100.00/hr., plus materials and Sales Tax, for all of your actual photo services, your pre-approved material costs, any expenses, your file transfer time, your RAW file conversion services and your approved Photoshop services. . I can process your original low cost, High Definition Phase One RAW picture files to any file size, file type and resolution you wish.  . You can do all of your own RAW file conversions and Photoshop post production work or I can provide those services for you.  . You can do all of your own professional photography lab work, at any professional lab in the country or I can provide those services for you. . You can design and produce your own album(s) or, with your active creative guidance, I can provide those complete album design and production services for you. . I will typically process my original low cost, High Definition Phase One RAW files to both 2x3 (1mb, 300dpi, 8 bit, Adobe RGB) JPEG formats and 8x10 (25mb,  300dpi,  8 bit, Adobe RGB) TIFF file formats.  . However, I can actually process your original Phase One RAW files to any file size, up to 20x24, at 600dpi and 16bit, in any file format and in color or black & white. . Your files can be transferred to discs or directly to your provided external, USB2 hard drive.  I recommend LaCie 1TB drives.

The best of my photos have been used on TV, billboards, food packages, menus, movie theater screens and in living rooms, Board Rooms, court rooms, Annual Reports, trade shows, conventions, periodicals, brochures, press releases, political campaigns and in huge Las Vegas ballrooms.

I am available nation wide, 24 hours a day, every day of the year.   However, my primary region is all of the West Coast and Southern California, including Orange County, Los Angeles County, San Diego County, The Inland Empire, San Bernardino County and Riverside County.

I am a proud, very satisfied, Board Member and volunteer for the Animal Assistance League of Orange County.  The Animal Assistance League is the largest, non-profit, no kill, humane animal rescue, animal adoption center and animal shelter in all of Orange County.

We routinely take care of about 200 cats and dogs, both in our shelter and in our various foster homes.  Some of our special guests have been with us for more than 15 years.  We are their only family. 

We are always full and always in need of wonderful donations and volunteers.  As soon as we adopt out, we fill our empty kennel spaces with other little County Shelter angels who, literally, have only minutes left to live.  

In addition to caring for hundreds of our own little animals, we also feed and fund numerous other family pets, pet education and medical assistance programs.  Whenever we have any extra money, we always find ways use it, helping families who can't afford pet food or working with a local vet hospital and some type of critical, life-saving animal surgery.
